Are these notebooks stored and shared from OneDrive?
How did you insert "manual" folder? Did you use any 3rd-party add-in to insert?
What's the prompted message or error when the Director try to open this folder in notebook?
Besides, where is the "manual" folder stored? Such as OneDrive online or others?

- Or you go to your OneDrive online > In the upper right corner, click "Settings" > “OneDrive Settings” > In the upper left corner, click “Return to classic OneDrive" > Find and right-click on the shared Excel file > Share > Shared with. Ensure that user/group has enough permission to access this folder.
