How to generate a report for all Emails that required approval

Good day

I have setup a DLP policy that all email that contain Financial Information (Credit Card numbers, Social Security number etc) requires approval from particular group of users

How do I generate a report for all emails that was flagged for approval, the report must specify the sender name, destination email address, who approved it, and when was it approved.

You want a report generated for all emails marked for review.

Here are two ways to do it:

1. You can query the audit log and generate reports in Microsoft Purview.

You must first have the Audit Logs or View Audit Logs Only roles in order to search audit logs. By default, these roles are assigned to the Audit Administrators and Audit Readers role groups on the Permissions page in the Compliance Portal.

1. You can query and generate reports in DPL->Activity explorer in Microsoft Purview.
