I need help restoring my BMR backup of a local Active Directory server to Azure. The server is no longer available, and I want to restore the BMR to the cloud and use it for a replacement server. Can someone guide me on how to do this?

Hello @Paul Johnson Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for delayed response.

From the details provided in your post, I understand your requirement to restore BMR backup of your local AD to Azure.

I'm sorry to say, this is not a supported scenario on Azure. You need access to your machine to set up a backup from on-premises to Azure.

    Hope this answers your question!
