unable to access page

Hi, One of my user has created a page on a SharePoint site(sharepoint online), but user is unable to see the page. When I test the same on a test SharePoint site, I can see the page I created under Site Pages. Experts, please guide me on how to troubleshoot this issue for the user.

    Please follow below tips to troubleshoot the issue:

    1.Go to the Site page library -> Library settings -> Versioning Settings -> In the Draft Item Security, choose Any user who can read items.

    2.Make sure the page is published and approved.

    3.Check whether has filter in the Site page library view. In the drop-down list of current view -> Edit current view -> Check filter section.

    4.Test whether the use can access the page through page URL, make sure the user has enough permissions for the page.
