While attempting to restore my computer to its original state using the path: "Settings -> Windows Update -> Advanced Startup -> Recovery -> Reset this PC," the computer encounters a problem. I choose the option to reset all files and all drives and to reinstall the system from the cloud. The new Windows system downloads, but when the computer "shuts down" and the screen goes black for the reinstallation process, the entire reinstallation suddenly gets interrupted, and a message appears stating that changes are being reverted. Additionally, when I try to play a game such as League of Legends, an error occurs: "LeagueOfLegendsCrashHandler.svc and error code 0xc0000140." I have checked various forums and looked for others with the same issue since I might not be the only one experiencing this problem. However, despite seeing and trying different solutions, nothing has worked. The methods I have tried include using sfc scannow, dism healthrestore, and registry changes. I would like to restore my computer to its original state, but this also does not work. Also I noticed that my PC tries to always check disk while booting up a system which i didnt turned on.

Also if needed im running Windows 11 Professional

    1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
    2. Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
    3. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    4. In the Command Prompt, type chkdsk c: /f /r
    5. You will be prompted to schedule the check on the next restart. Type Y and press Enter.
    6. Restart your computer to let the disk check run.

Reset your PC again. This time, try resetting from a USB drive:
