    Hello,

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

1.Check Network Stability: Ensure that your network connection is stable. Intermittent connectivity can cause the copying process to fail.

2.File Size Limitations: If the file is particularly large, there might be size restrictions on the server that prevent large files from being copied. Verify if there are any such limitations.

3.Check for any software conflicts: Make sure that there are no software conflicts that may be causing the issue.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

In this case, you can try the following solutions:

Firstly, ensure that your device is connected to the network and the network connection is stable. You can try opening a webpage or engaging in other network activities to verify if the network connection is working properly.

Sometimes, file transfer settings may affect the speed and stability of file copying. You can try adjusting the file transfer settings, such as using different transfer protocols or adjusting the transfer buffer size, to see if it will affect the problem.

Additionally, you can check the network connection and transmission settings of the server to ensure that the server-side settings do not affect the stability of file replication.

If you have tried the above solution but still cannot solve the problem, you may need to further check the system logs or network connection logs to obtain more detailed information about file replication interruptions.

I hope this information is helpful to you.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
