API Version Discrepancies for 'Data Connector Definitions' in Sentinel

Hello MS Community,

Would you please help explain the discrepancy regarding API references to "data connector definitions"?

I noticed the API related link (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/securityinsights/data-connectors/create-or-update?view=rest-securityinsights-2024-03-01&tabs=HTTP) that the feature 'Data Connector Definitions' is only available when the API version is set to '2024-01-01-preview'.

But it does not appear in other versions, including the latest '2024-03-01'.

However, I found source codes on GitHub for Sentinel DataConnectors using the 'Data Connector Definitions' feature with older API versions.
