    Hi @Timothy

Thanks for your detailed case description, we completely understand the situation and your feelings.

When Teams sends a meeting invitation, the meeting link will be sent to the attendee's mailbox through Outlook. According to our tests, if a user receives an email from a user outside the organization or an untrusted user, the Outlook mailbox will identify such emails as spam.

For this reason, we recommend that you:

    1. Add senders and domain names to the safe senders list to ensure that future invitations will not be marked as spam.
      1. On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options.
      2. On the Safe Senders tab, click Add, and enter the sender's address or domain. User's image User's image
    2. Please check your spam settings: Your spam settings may be too strict, causing legitimate emails to be marked as spam.

Thanks for your understanding and support.
