500 error trying to login to Azure Devops

Question

When I try to login to Azure Devops I get a 500 error.

"500 - Something went wrong!

We've encountered an error and cannot fulfill this request. We will trace the error and get a fix out soon."

It does this in incognito browser as well.

Could you please follow below steps to sign out of your account completely and sign in again from an InPrivate/Incognito session to check if there is the same issue?

• Go to http://aka.ms/vssignout, this should sign out of your account.
• Navigate to https://aka.ms/vssignout?wa=wsignoutcleanup1.0 and let it complete. You will see a tiny Green-color checkmark and nothing else.
• Close all browsers.
• Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser session.
• Go to https://app.vsaex.visualstudio.com/ and try again.

If the issue persists, please help us collect Fiddle traces by following the prompts.
