Could you please follow below steps to sign out of your account completely and sign in again from an InPrivate/Incognito session to check if there is the same issue?
- Go to http://aka.ms/vssignout, this should sign out of your account.
- Navigate to https://aka.ms/vssignout?wa=wsignoutcleanup1.0 and let it complete. You will see a tiny Green-color checkmark and nothing else.
- Close all browsers.
- Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser session.
- Go to https://app.vsaex.visualstudio.com/ and try again.
