Any work product created using Azure AI products is considered the customer's work product. When your license or subscription to an Azure AI product ends, Microsoft has specific procedures for data retention and deletion. According to the DPA and OST, upon termination of the service, Microsoft will retain customer data for a limited period to allow for data retrieval if requested. After this period, Microsoft will delete or anonymize the data, ensuring it is no longer personally identifiable or accessible.
