Unable to create chat. Administrator has disabled chat for one or more users.

Hello. I am having some problems with messaging people on Teams. Whenever I send one of my friends a message, it will automatically say that I'm unable to create the chat , and it fails to send the message. How would I fix this problem so I could be able to chat with my friends? Or are you able to fix this issue yourself? Thanks and have a good evening :)

    Could you please tell me if you are encountering the error message "Administrator has disabled chat for users"?

    It is recommended that you contact your organization administrator, log in to the Teams Admin Center, enable the chat messaging policy, and assign it to you.
