How to delete work account from Microsoft Teams

I participate in Teams meetings with my personal login however, my old work account is still linked and I am frequently prompted to log in to my work Teams when trying to join a personal meeting. How to I clear my work login from my laptop? I have tried Settings/Accounts/Access work or school and there are no accounts listed?
