Azure page simply isn't loading for a particular resource.

I am using Azure Backups (MARS agent) to backup files and folders from my on-premises server to an Azure Recovery Servies Vault on several servers. We are in the process of retiring some of those servers and I am deleting the backup items in the Recovery Services Vault as we decommission the servers. Thus far I have been successful in browsing to the backup item in the Recovery Services Vault by go to the vault in Azure, clicking on "Backup items", clicking "Azure Backup Agent", clicking "View details" on the backup item, and clicking the computer name of the item. On this final page, I have the option to delete the server.

However, for one particular server, when I click "View Details", the page never fully loads allowing me to proceed. So far there is only one backup item with which I am having this issue.

None of the support options have been of any help. This appears to be an issue with Azure and not on my part.

Any assistance in removing this item would be appreciated. Screenshots of issue as follows:

The only method I was allowed to use to contact Azure technical support was to follow the process on the Azure platform to create a ticket. Unfortunately, none of the options were applicable to my situation and the closest option only recommended posting on these forums with no options for direct support from Azure.

Regardless, I found an alternative solution to bypass the Azure malfunction. This involved the following:

    1. Browse to the Recovery Services Vault.
    2. Under the "Manage" section, select "Backup Infrastructure"
    3. In "Backup Infrastructure", select "Azure Backup Agent"
    4. Select the protected server you wish to delete and proceed to follow step to delete decommissioned server.
