I have been desperately trying to get help from support to resolve an issue with a user created wrongly in another company's tenancy. I am an authorized partner of an Indirect Seller - Tata Telebusiness Services in India, Navi Mumbai. We were supposed to register on the Partner Connect site to create an MPN ID and proceed further with the registration process as a reseller. I figured out that I made a user account erroneously in some other company tenancy when I visited the Azure portal. I want to delete this user account completely from their tenancy or move it to my company tenancy. Also, i do not have any global administrator rights hence I'm unable to take any further action.
A few details for you to help me resolve this issue.
MPN ID - 6780951
Organization - IRIS Infotech Solutions
Created by mistake - sun.s_irisits.in#EXT#@EpicenterTechnologiesPvtLtd.onmicrosoft.com (In this I have been created as a normal user and hence unable to delete or do any further action).
Newly created - SunSujathan@IRISInfotechSolutions.onmicrosoft.com (but unable to proceed with MPN ID registration as it shows name already exists).
