1.By "email" do you mean the meeting invitation email?
2.Is that Teams rooms/resources external or internal to your organization?
3.Is the email being treated as spam?
4.You can use Message trace in EAC to check the status of the email.
5.Was the email sent successfully? Has anyone received an NDR?
6.When did the issue occur? Was it by accident or has it always existed? Did you do anything else before the problem happened?
