Hello team ,

when a customer has a reserved instances and the partner put the customer in a suspension services, how is the managed for the instances?

    When a customer with Azure Reserved Instances is placed under a suspension of services by a partner, the reserved instances themselves continue to be active and are billed accordingly. The suspension typically pertains to service access managed by the partner, not the underlying Azure infrastructure or billing of reserved instances. Therefore, the customer should continue to manage their Azure subscriptions and reserved instances as per their contractual agreements and Azure pricing terms.
