To remove a SharePoint shortcut locally in OneDrive, you can follow the method below:

1. Open the OneDrive folder on your device.
2. Find the shortcut folder/file that has a small link icon.
3. Right-click the shortcut folder/file and select Delete.
4. Then the shortcut gets deleted. You can find it in the recycle bin.
