Please check CRM integration: Verify that the CRM system is still properly integrated with Teams. Check the CRM settings and make sure that the Teams integration is enabled.
Please check Teams app updates: Make sure the Teams app is up to date.
At the same time, in order to make this issue be resolved as soon as possible, you can submit feedback in our Microsoft Feedback. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
