I am trying to find a good way to document my programs and libraries that I create in Visual Studio. I understand how to make the XML comments and generate the XML file. But, then, what can I do with it? I have found various suggestions on the internet; many of them out of date and pretty useless. There must be a straightforward way of creating a help file from the XML file. But how?
I find that I should be able to associate a XSLT stylesheet with the XML file, but doing that doesn't seem to do anything. There is nothing showing how the stylesheet is linked to the documentation XML file.
Anybody home?

But it doesn't work. It says
On the menu bar, choose XML > Start XSLT Without Debugging. Or, press Ctrl+Alt+F5.
But there is no Start XSLT Without Debugging under the XML on the menu bar, and pressing Ctrl+Alt+F5 does nothing.
So how do I make a transformation????? Is this something reserved for the Enterprise Edition??
