Is FSLogix 2210 hotfix 4 Supposed to Add Registry Keys that Didn't Exist Previously?

We applied the hotfix then noticed that there were more abandoned local_username folders on our VDAs.

We found that FSLogix has a set of registry keys that it installs with default values at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fslogix/reference-configuration-settings

CleanupInvalidSessions and KeepLocalDir are of particular interest. They did not exist in the registry after the hotfix was applied. Shouldn't they be applied if they weren't there before?

According to the reference, "Any configuration setting listed on this page which has a 'Default value' doesn't need to be created or configured as FSLogix will automatically use the default value as listed."
