Hello,
I created my account on Azure a few months ago but never actually visited it until today. Also, I don't know much at all about Azure but wanted to log in and poke around as I read through some tutorials. However, I'm having trouble getting around. Initially, I can login just fine, but when I try to access any services, I get this error:
Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '74658136-14ec-4630-ad9b-26e160ff0fc6' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.
Before I started getting that error, I was looking at VM instances on the Azure Marketplace and when I tried to get one of the images, I got this error too:
"interaction required: AADSTS16000: User account {EUII Hidden}; from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '74658136-14ec-4630-ad9b-26e160ff0fc6'(ADIbizaUX) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. I did some digging into what the problem is and I believe this has something to do with the fact that I'm using a personal account and not a work or school account. However, I am not associated with a work/school account. If this is indeed the issue, can someone please tell me what I need to do so that I, as a personal user, can access Azure services and ultimately create and utilize a VM instance?
