Create a Custom Tile with Credentials

I would like to create a Custom Tile as an admin for a group of users to have access to. Once the tile is clicked on and the URL is open, I'd like the credentials (username/password) to be injected/passthrough and authenticate the users. This allows the teams to share a unique login to a particular site where we don't want to continue to change the credentials whenever someone leaves the organization

could you please elaborate detailly what you are trying to approach and what is Custom Tile, the site you mentioned is Custome developed or what kind of site it is? help me with the steps how you implement in Entra ID.
