    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Windows Server 2019 Standard Edition. According to your description, this situation may involve issues with network configuration, permission settings, or domain trust relationships. Here are some possible solutions:

Ensure that the network connection between the server and the client is functioning properly. Check if the IP address is correct and if the network configuration is accurate.

Ensure that the permissions for the shared drive are set correctly. It may be necessary to adjust the sharing and security permissions to ensure that clients can access the shared drive.

If there is a trust relationship issue between the workstation and the primary domain, you can try to rebuild the trust relationship. This may require administrator privileges and the involvement of domain controllers.

If it can be accessed normally through the FQDN, this method can be temporarily used as a solution. Ensure that the DNS settings are correct for proper resolution of the fully qualified domain name.

Check the event logs of the server and client for detailed information about access issues or domain trust relationship failures. This can help identify the root cause of the problem.

If the problem persists, you can also contact the system administrator for further diagnosis and resolution. They can provide more professional support and advice based on specific situations. I hope this information is helpful to you! If you need more help or have any other questions, please feel free to let me know.

    Best regards,

    Jill Zhou
