Not able to find the com.cisco.webexcalling app package under Managed Google Play store app.

Question

Hello experts,

I am trying to deploy com.cisco.webexcalling app package under Managed Google Play store app in Intune. I cannot find it in the Play Store, although I deployed the same app 1 year ago.

So, can you help me out to understand why I am not able to find the same app in the Play Store now?

Also, my another doubt is can we edit the name of the Managed google play Store application?

From your description, I know you want to deploy com.cisco.webexcalling app package under Managed Google Play store app but did not find it.

Based on my research, when I search com.cisco.webexcalling in Google play store, it just shows apps below and there is not webexcalling in google play store, maybe the app just integrate with other apps or removed by google play store.

You can contact Cisco support to get new app package name or refer the link below to deploy webex app via Intune.
