How to change the personal email on my Microsoft Certification and Learn account?

How can I change the email on my Microsoft Certification and Learn accounts? The current email on my accounts is from my company that I'm no longer working with and so have no access to. I want to attach my profile with my personal email instead.

Thanks for the question but Certifications are not supported on Q&A forums. This can be done by raising a req in the certification forum the mail id can be changed.
