Why doesn't power automate update sso connections automatically?

I realize this is best asked in the power automate community but bizarrely that's down for 4 days - ...been having trouble lately with a Flow that's worked fine for years. The latest issue is a connection failure with this message:

Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and sharepointonline is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: sharepointonlinecertificatev2.

i did change domain password about 2 months ago but the Flow has run daily since then so this makes no sense. Also we use sso so passwords are updated for ALL office apps automatically except apparently power automate. For a product that's supposed to enhance productivity and even contains the word "automate" in its name, it's mind boggling that I have to go in and fix about 50 connections to reactivate flows.

ONLY a company like Msft would allow that - and by the way also take down the only support venue they offer for power automate in their scattered and disorganized support ecosphere.

    Hi @matt howell

Thanks for your detailed case description. I completely understand the situation and your feelings.

Based on your detailed case description and the research we have done, we have found that some of the users in the forums who are experiencing the same issue have reacted that it seems that Power Automate doesn't support auto-update SSO.

However, due to the lack of relevant information about Power Automate in our SharePoint group, there is no official documentation to support this conclusion for the time being.

If the issue is causing significant impact, we recommend you to open a ticket and ask for it.

Please accept my sincerely apologize for any in convenience this may cause. Thank you for your kind understanding.
