Microsoft 365 Administrator MS-102 Certificate not active yet

Hi Team
I did my MS-102 Certificatation exam on 13th of july and i successfully passed it as well.

But the certificate is not in active status till now.

I can see that under passed exams but not in credentials or transcript active exams.

Could anyone help me sort it out?
