Microsoft URL bad gateway

Question

Hello,

I have ID 131 events error in my DeviceSetupManager every 2 seconds.

Why this https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=2257403&clcid=0x409 in registry has never been fixed for year ???

Note that URL > https://devicemetadataservice.trafficmanager.net/dms/metadata.svc has the same issue.
