Cannot create a support ticket

I am the owner of a blob storage account. I keep getting billed for things that I completely do not understand and the support pages on Azure suck. When I try to create a support ticket, I keep getting bumped to support pages that do not answer my question. I cannot seem to connect with a human of any kind. As 'owner' I should be able to at least create a ticket. Can anyone help me?

Even on this message, I cannot select a "tag" that matches my issue!

    Hi @Thomas Hickson ,

    during the creation process in Azure Portal you will get a page with possible solutions based on your input before. On this page please click on Return to support request. On the next page you should be able to fill in some more details and submit the support request.

    Hi @Thomas Hickson ,the Problem subtype depends on the selected Problem type. I yoour case I would select this:

    On the following page click on Return to support request.

    Next page click on Was this helpful -> No and Next (on the bottom of the page).

    Provide additional details and submit the request.

    I hope you are doing well

    I would like to share with you this additional information about support ticket creation, please be advised that user must have one of the following RBAC roles assigned, Owner, Contributor, or Support Request Contributor role, or a custom role with Microsoft.Support/*, at the subscription level to be able to create support tickets.

    For RBAC role assignation please engage to the Account Administrator or any other user who has an Owner RBAC role assigned
