How to get my passwords back

I broke my phone that i previously had the authenticator app on, the phone is so broken you cant even see the screen. Ever since getting a new phone i have been desperately trying to get back into one of my accounts that had a password on the authenticator app but it wont let me. Please help!

Thanks for your question.

If you lost access, for Microsoft Accounts you can only login via your recovery methods (Recovery codes/alternate email or what you set at the beginning). If you did not set these, then you may alternatively have to attempt an account recovery using https://account.live.com/acsr

For Work/School Account they can only be reset by your Admin. You will need to contact your Admistrators for the apps to help you.
