how to remove card from azure portal?

I am unable to remove card from payment methods on azure portal. I have no outstanding balance to be paid and all subscriptions are also deleted. My last invoice is also paid, and $0 is the balance. Can someone please help?

    1. Make that there are no active marketplace purchases tied to the card. These can occasionally hinder card removal.
    2. Check that there are no reserved instances associated with the card. These can also obstruct card removal.
    3. If you have multiple billing profiles, make sure the card is not associated with another one.
    4. Browser difficulties can occasionally prohibit actions from being taken. Check whether the problem occurs in a different browser. Try browsing the Azure site in incognito mode.
