How do I create a child zone in Azure Public DNS using only non-Azure name servers?

I need to create a child zone in Azure public DNS that has only the name servers that I add, without any Azure name servers added. How do I do that? It appears to be impossible to remove Azure name servers from a child domain.

AFAIK, that's not an option. Azure DNS supports co-hosting domains with other DNS services, but not full delegation to other DNS services
