Hi, seeking urgently as installed this receipt printer one week ago, it was working fine til today when i tried to test print page, it couldnt load. already tried to do print spooling service and restarted it. still not valid

    Hello,

    To check if your component is malfunctioning, you can execute the following commands in the command prompt:

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Endup, i just reinstall the printer driver cause its being corrupted, and it solved the issue.
