I have disabled one account in azure and re-enabled after sometime.

When we disabled the account on his profile attached image red block mark came and after re-enabling that was not removed. Almost one month before we have re-enabled it but still that red mark is there and user want to till how long it will be there after re-enabled.

Can someone please help me on it.

Thank you!!

Are you syncing from on-prem with AADConnect or Cloud Sync? If so, the account needs to be enabled on-prem and that status will sync to Entra. Otherwise, if you only disable in Entra, the account status is overwritten by the on-prem status each sync cycle.
