Microsoft Teams Chats Disappeared

Question

Recently when I went on MS Teams I noticed all of my chats have disappeared, both group chats and personal chats with individuals. If I search someone's name I am able to pull up our chat, or if I search a specific message from a group chat I can access the chat and all the past messages and chat history is there, but none of these chats will actually appear in the "chats" section of Teams. This happens across devices and even on the web version, and I have tried restarting teams, clearing the cache, logging out, redownloading it, but nothing has worked. Does anyone know how this happened and how I can fix it and get all my old chats back?

Could you please tell me:

Do other users in the organization have the same problem?

According to our test, when your chat is hidden, you can search for the user through the search bar and click on it, and then the chat box will be restored to the Chat interface.
