Sure. You can add Google Drive to Teams as the following steps:
In the desktop or web app, click Files on the left side of the app -> then click Add cloud storage -> Pick your cloud storage service from the list that comes up.
Meanwhile, this feature is controlled by IT admin. If cloud storage options don’t appear, file sharing and cloud file storage options must be turned off in Microsoft Teams admin center.
