    Hello,

To diagnose and solve the problem of a slow computer running Windows 10, here are some important questions to consider:

When did you first notice the slowdown?

Understanding the timeline can help identify if a recent change or update might be the cause.

Have you installed any new software or updates recently?

New software or updates can sometimes cause compatibility issues or consume more resources.

How much free space is available on your hard drive?

Low disk space can significantly slow down your computer. Running Disk Cleanup can help free up space.

Are there many programs running at startup?

Too many startup programs can slow down boot time. Disabling unnecessary startup programs can help.

Is your antivirus software up to date and have you run a recent scan?

Malware and viruses can severely impact performance. Running a full system scan is crucial.

Have you checked for Windows and driver updates?

Keeping your system and drivers updated ensures you have the latest performance improvements and bug fixes.

Have you uninstalled any unnecessary programs?

Removing programs you no longer use can free up valuable resources.

Is your hardware sufficient for your current needs?

Sometimes, upgrading hardware like adding more RAM or switching to an SSD can make a significant difference.
