I am receiving the message *This email doesn't meet the five-recipient minimum for read statistics. * on Viva Insights when the bcc has over 1000 recipients. How can I view the insights for next time?

Are the emails sent to groups? If yes, are the groups Microsoft 365 groups (also known as modern groups)?
And are there external recipients?
