Regarding the operation guide and instructions for using graphics cards in Hyper-V Windows virtual machines, Microsoft currently only supports discrete device assignment (DDA).
Discrete device assignment (DDA): Starting with Windows Server 2016, you can use discrete device assignment (DDA) to pass entire PCIe devices to the VM. This will allow devices such as NVMe storage or graphics cards to be accessed in a high-performance manner from within the VM while being able to take advantage of the device's native drivers. DDA supports one graphics card for one virtual machine. I recommend you refer to the following link:
