We’re currently facing an issue with Azure’s identity validation process for our organization, Toeverything, which is based in Singapore. We’ve submitted the required documents, including:

  • Organization name, address, and contact details
  • Domain purchase invoice or registration confirmation
  • An authorization letter from a representative of our organization

However, despite providing all of this information, the validation has not been approved. We were informed that organizations must be established for a minimum of 3 years to complete the identity validation process. Our company has only been in operation for 1 year, which seems to be the cause of the delay.

We would like to know if there are any possible solutions or workarounds for companies like ours that haven’t met the 3-year requirement but still need the validation. Any advice or insights from those who have encountered a similar issue would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for your help!
