I am not getting any emails from Facebook. I have checked my spam as well as adding all possible facebook domains to my safe sender list and still nothing. I have also checked it on the facebook side and all looks good.

I received this response when I posted this same question in the Microsoft Q&A and suggested I ask the same question here.

This was their response and unfortunately their suggestions didn't help

  • Welcome to Microsoft community.
  • From your description, I understand that you are experiencing a problem with not receiving Facebook emails. You have checked spam as well as adding all possible Facebook domains to safe sender list and still nothing. I can understand your situation.
  • If you're using outlook for mac, I suggest you try logging into outlook webmail (use browser visit outlook.com) and checking if the emails you want are lying there.

Also, I want to check with you, can you receive emails from all other senders normally? If you are not sure, you can test it with another sender.

  • If possible, could you get a bounce back letter from Facebook, because if the email is not delivered, the sender usually gets a bounce back letter with details of the reason for the failure.

In addition, I've encountered some people who are unable to receive mail from some of their service providers because their spam email address reputation is too low, let our Outlook.com delivery team verify your blocked account using sender information Outlook.com our shipping form.

  • At last, you can also send this question to the outlook advanced forum Office - Microsoft Q&A, where there are more corresponding experts, let's make outlook better together!
