How to move a Sharepoint List item to another list when an action is complete?

Question

I am trying to figure out how to move items between from a main sharepoint list to a specific sharepoint list when an action is done.

I have 6 sharepoint lists for separate programs. I would like to create an item on a 7th sharepoint list and when a column "record complete" is checked "yes" that it will move to the specific sharepoint list for the program it belongs to while deleting the item from the 7th sharepoint list.

Is this possible to do?
