How to Disable Content Filter in Azure OpenAI Resource

How can I turn off the content filter of my current Azure OpenAI resource?

PS - Based on common issues that we have seen from customers and other sources, we are posting these questions to help the Azure community.

Hello Anveshreddy Nimmala, opt-out is available for the Microsoft customers, who have dedicated account teams. That's because disabling of content filtering should be done in line with the company's Responsible AI principles to avoid potential mis-use.

• Corporate customers can submit their opt-out requests by filling-in the following online form https://ncv.microsoft.com/uEfCgnITdR;
• Azure Government customers can submit their opt-out requests here: https://aka.ms/AOAIGovModifyContentFilter

Once the request is approved, it should be possible then to have full control over content filtering.
