Since the new Outlook does not store signature files locally anymore, and there’s no native way to programmatically update them directly in the cloud yet, the best long-term solution would be to either wait for a feature in Microsoft Graph API or leverage third-party tools designed for this purpose. Meanwhile, you could continue supporting legacy Outlook versions with your current script or educate users to manage signatures via the web interface.
Signatures in New Outlook - How to automate that?

Hello everyone,
I have a powershell script that uses some AD attributes to create a signature and import it into the user's outlook and so far so good. But the problem occurs when we talk about the new Outlook, it seems that the new outlook stores all the signature files in the cloud.
So my question here is, if there is any way to access the signature files in order to create/modify the script to create and import the signature into the new version.
Thanks for your help!
