Locked out of FB Account after getting a new phone

Hi,

I bought a new phone and the Microsoft Authenticator did not sync my login codes, more specifically my Facebook Login code to my new phone. My old phone has now been wiped clean and I have no access to my Facebook account. Focusing that I work with Clients on the Facebook Ad Manger, It is very important. I am now completely locked out of my account. Please let me know if there is a way to retrieve access. This is crucial to my livelihood.
