Error during CSP indirect reseller enrollment - Now Partner Center shows empty legal info page
Hi,
we added a new business location to our existing account and tried to enrol this new partner ID to CSP indirect reseller program.
- We followed all steps:
- Login to Welcome page
- Join a program -> Cloud solution provider indirect reseller
- Associate Partner ID to your CSP Indirect Reseller account
- Company Information
- Customer support info
When adding the "Customer support info" we ran into an error message, when clicking ENROLL NOW.
Still we received the Email to verify the primary contact's email address.
By now we can log into Partner Center using the new email and credentials we use for the Partner ID, but in Account settings - Legal Info etc. is all empty.
How can we either start over or finish this process?
