    Hi,

Did you get any error messages?

Did this problem only appear in Excel and Project? How about other Office products?

Ensure that your Microsoft 365 applications are up to date. Sometimes, updates can fix bugs and improve performance.

Try to clear the cache, you can do this by navigating to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft and deleting the contents of the Office folder.

You can also open it in safe mode running the following command: Press Win + R, type "excel /safe" in the blank box, press Enter. If it works fine in safe mode, please check the add-ins in your excel and disable them.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
