Engagement Score has a vague definition
We are part of the Azure Founders' Hub and have been actively leveraging its resources, consuming nearly $25K in credits over the past eight months. During this time, we successfully launched our first AI-based product, and we plan to release another one this November. Recently, however, we were informed that our engagement score is considered low.
Despite reaching out to the assigned contact from Azure, I’ve only received vague responses, which has made it difficult to understand specific steps to improve our score. We are already deeply integrated with Azure AI services, utilizing AI Search, Document Intelligence, Content Safety, Azure OpenAI, and more. Given our extensive use of Azure’s offerings, it’s unclear why we’re facing this issue.
This situation has impacted our production timelines, and we need clear, actionable guidance to address it. Any support or clarification on how to raise our engagement score would be invaluable.
