Make ProcMon easier to use with MicroSoft Excel

I have tried to export PML files to CSV in order to use Excel to work on the file. This is not going well.
I have found that Excel does not support the precision that ProcMon has in the "Time of Day" field. The precision is so low that it is useless to add and subtract time in Excel. I can't just discard everything in front of the seconds, because my capture last multiple minutes.
It would be very helpful when we analyze the CSV file if there was an "Elapsed Time" field with similar precision. That way we can add and subtract time and get a decent result.
In other words, I want to tally up events to determine how long time is spent doing certain operations.

Are there any examples or upload a screenshot so that I can get more accurate solutions to this problem?
