EV code signing: "Entity/Address mismatch" failure (despite me already having an EV through Sectigo (Sole Proprietor question)) ?

I got an EV code signing certificate last year through Sectigo. It was a thorough, long process but it was granted.

I submit the same documents to Azure, and they fail me on "Entity/Address mismatch".

I'm puzzled by this. I want my certificate to say "My-Doing-Business-As_name (My legal name)", e.g. Green Computing (John Doe). Just like my current Sectigo EV does.

What do I alter (and where) in the Azure setup to help me get that?

(I went through all the Active Directory , domain verification, recent invoices, utility bill adress verification stuff etc., its just this final hurdle it seems).
